Stop, Collaborate, and Listen! Streamline your Document Creation and Proposal Review Process through Adobe’s Newest Features

January 13, 2021
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Virtual Meeting

Bogged down by the prospect of frantically incorporating edits to your proposal in InDesign at the last minute? Struggling to navigate markups in Acrobat, via email, or handwritten comments? If so, you are not alone!

Join us for an interactive workshop where Kelly Vaughn (“Document Geek”) will demonstrate some of the latest tools and tricks to facilitate streamlined document updates and efficient workflows amongst teams of content creators, designers, and reviewers. This session will dive into a comparison between the Adobe InDesign’s Share for Review and Acrobat Collaboration tools and go in-depth into two InDesign plug-ins that will allow you to sync text from Word and Google Docs right into your InDesign document while leaving your InDesign layout and styles intact. Implementing these workflow tools can have a drastic impact on how marketers collaborate with technical staff, generating a shift in focus from copying, pasting, and formatting to creating compelling, purposeful, and beautifully designed content.

No stranger to the AEC industry, Kelly spent part of her career at a Civil Engineering firm so she can walk the walk and talk the talk. Throughout the training, Kelly will be working in real-time to demonstrate these emerging capabilities on documents our chapter members provide to ensure participants walk away with applicable and actionable tools they can incorporate into their firms’ processes.
