Working from home, like any office, has its benefits and barriers. The biggest barrier to successfully working from home is designating a space –physically and mentally -that helps establish boundaries for yourself and others. Whether in a studio apartment at the kitchen table or a house with a dedicated workroom, it's important and possible to create a space that helps you remain engaged and productive. This presentation will help you learn how.

Rebecca is the wellbeing research and knowledge lead on behalf of Herman Miller Group where she tends to the physical-social-cognitive wellbeing needs of organizations by focusing on their greatest asset: People.

As a life-long Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager with Fortune 50 Companies (AT&T, UTC, Bombardier Aerospace), Rebecca has managed Sustainability and Wellbeing within: manufacturing, telecommunications, aerospace, and transportation.

With her interesting combination of world-class business ops knowledge and her passion for wellbeing she instinctively provides insightful and cost-effective workplace consultation, support, & solutions.

Rebecca is a member of the International Well Building Institute’s COVID19 Task Force and recently completed serving as a team leader for CoreNet’s GLOBAL Hackathon. She serves as internal Sustainability Consultant for HMI --recently joining UN’s NextWave movement. She’s an active member of the National Association of Environmental Management’s (NAEM) Sustainability track.
