Event Description

Knowing your clients … really knowing your clients is the key to developing lasting and trusted relationships, which leads to business development success. But, where do you start? March’s SMPS meeting will give attendees the opportunity to participate in small group round table discussions with clients focused on central Ohio economic development.   

Within a 15-minute timeframe, attendees will be able to ask questions and have a small group conversation with an owner. This is your chance to learn what keeps them up at night, the issues affecting their market, how they commission professional services and anything else you need to ask to understand their perspectives, priorities and experiences better.
