This workshop is specifically for marketing/BD and technical professionals to help develop their own culture of BD within their firms. Many of us are expected to lead BD teams and processes, but have limited training in doing such. This is your training program!

Russ Sanford, CPSM, is an engineer by education, but a business development leader by choice. He is also passionate about helping technical professionals learn and master the art of winning work! He serves as a strategist, coach, and mentor for technical professionals while developing a seller/doer culture at Kleinschmidt, a national engineering and environmental consulting firm with a focus on energy, water and the environment.

Russ earned a BS in Civil Engineering and has over 20 years marketing, business development, and sales experience within professional service firms. He is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) from the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and a Past-President of the Greater Cincinnati SMPS Chapter.
