With more than 25 years of leadership, management and training & development experience in the financial services industry, Diana’s passion for community involvement and women development is demonstrated by establishing two women’s business resource groups for two companies and providing coaching support to several colleagues.
Diana has a BA in Organizational Communications from Otterbein University. She is recognized for excellence in adaptability, commitment, high energy, leadership, planning & organization, communications, strong relationships and sound judgment. She considers herself a student of learning and continues to study in the areas of coaching, employee engagement, communications, and most important – self-discovery.
